Last updated October 31, 2026. Fit Card is run by TechCrowds LLC.
The short version
We keep what it takes to size your shirts and sign you in: your email address, the shirts you add, and the cards you build. Photos you take to measure a shirt are read and thrown away. We don't sell your data, and there are no ads or tracking scripts on the site.
What we collect on fitcard.ai
- Your email address, to send you a sign-in link. No password is stored.
- The shirts you add: brand, item, size, whether each one fits, and any note you write.
- Your Fit Card: the numbers worked out from your shirts and the sizes we recommend. Anyone with a card's link can open it, so share the link only with people you want to see it.
- What you bought and how it fits, if you mark it on your card. We use these answers to make sizing more accurate, and we may share them only as totals without names or emails, for example telling a brand how often its Large runs big.
- Shirt measurements. When we look up a shirt or you measure one with photos, the shirt's measurements (brand, item, size, chest, length, fabric) go into a shared shirt list so the next person with that shirt doesn't have to measure it. They aren't linked to you.
- Basic logs kept by our host for security and fixing problems, such as IP address and pages requested. IP addresses are also used to limit abuse.
Photos
When you measure a shirt with your phone or upload photos, each photo is sent to the AI that reads the tape and the size tag, and is then discarded. We never store your photos. Only the measurements that come out of them are kept.
Who helps us run Fit Card
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its database, and runs the bot check (Turnstile) on sign-in.
- Resend sends the sign-in emails.
- Anthropic (Claude) looks up shirt measurements on the web and reads measuring photos. TypeSafe (Jev) double-checks the lookups. Neither gets your email address.
They process data only to provide these services to us.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. The sign-in bot check may set its own cookie. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Affiliate links
Some "buy" links are affiliate links, including Amazon (as an Amazon Associate, Fit Card earns from qualifying purchases). When you click one, the shop and the affiliate network know the click came from Fit Card and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. We never get your payment or order details, and a commission never changes the size we recommend.
The Chrome extension
The extension keeps your shirts in your browser's own storage on your computer. It reads only the product page you're on, and only when you click it. It doesn't read other tabs or your browsing history.
Your choices
- Ask us to delete your account, your shirts and your cards at any time, and we will.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Fit Card is meant for adults and isn't directed at children under 13.
